Anti-Corruption Policy
1. Introduction
Development Consultants International Distribution LTD ("DCID") is committed to conducting business with integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This Anti-Corruption Policy outlines DCID's zero-tolerance stance on corruption and bribery and sets forth the principles and responsibilities to ensure ethical conduct within the organization.
2. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to:

5. Policy Statements
• Prohibition of Bribery and Corruption: DCID strictly prohibits bribery and corruption in any form, including facilitation payments, kickbacks, and extortion.
• Gifts and Hospitality: Employees and representatives of DCID must not offer or accept gifts, hospitality, or entertainment that could be perceived as an attempt to influence business decisions.
• Charitable Contributions and Sponsorships: Contributions and sponsorships must not be used as a means to secure an improper business advantage.
• Political Contributions: DCID does not make political contributions. Employees may participate in political activities in a personal capacity, but not on behalf of the company.
• Third-Party Relationships: DCID expects all third parties acting on its behalf to comply with this policy and conduct business with integrity.
6. Responsibilities
• Board of Directors: Ensure oversight and adherence to the Anti-Corruption Policy.
• Management: Implement and enforce this policy, providing training and resources to employees.
• Employees: Understand and comply with this policy, report any violations or suspicious activities.
7. Reporting and Whistleblowing
Employees are encouraged to report any concerns or suspicions of corruption or bribery. DCID provides multiple channels for reporting, including a confidential whistleblowing hotline. Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.
8. Training and Communication
DCID will provide regular training to employees and relevant third parties to ensure awareness and understanding of anti-corruption laws and the company's policies. This policy will be communicated clearly and made accessible to all employees.
9. Monitoring and Review
DCID will regularly monitor and review the effectiveness of this policy and its compliance program. Internal audits will be conducted to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
10. Disciplinary Action
Any employee found to have violated this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment. Third parties found in violation may have their contracts terminated.
